课程内容广泛完善,Theory和Practical都取得全面平衡,课程编排相当有系统. 室内的Gentle yoga + Singing bowl,和屋外世界瑜伽日两个慈善瑜伽活动,让我们YTTC18 的同学,学到筹划,安排场地,程序编排等等。这加强我们的信心和能力,非常难得的经验。

Jeff老师& Tane老师会分享他们的教学经验,开瑜伽馆几十年来的经历,走过的路,还有学员们的问题等等。。。如何心态上做调整并且还能够坚持立场,莫忘初心·。

天真的以为就学习如何教导体式动作,如何排课。原来它除了涵盖了基本的课程,还为我们的将来安排,让我们感同身受了解若日后成为馆主,还需要面对的点点滴滴细节。没想到这是个小小班级,每一为学员都被老师完整的关注,感觉很被照顾到。有种小宝宝学习走路,被父母时而小心扶着,时而胆大放手,而达成能独立行走的喜悦和感动。。。接下要学习奔跑了,但我知道我的身后有老师准备扶我。

了基本的课程,还为我们的将来安排,让我们感同身受了解 若曰后想成为馆主,还需要面对的点点滴滴细节。

参与这TTC有种象小宝宝学习走路,被父母时小心扶着,时而胆大放手,而达成能独自行走 的喜悦和感动…接下来要学习奔跑了,但我知道身后有人扶持和做我的后盾。

上课时老师时刻关注体恤咱们的精神损耗情况而给与休息,或转换课题。每曰的课题也不会填鸭式给与,而是让我们有足够时间消化了解。下个星期也会复习上个星期的教学,让我们能发现所遗漏疏忽的重点。互动教学让理论课变的不鼓噪乏味,而是更贴近生活。每星期的拜日体式口令练习,都一再磨练我的心智,不断转换调适心态。从自我要求完美,自身过度给与压力,到用自然心去看待反而更好。Jeff 和Tane老师把职责分的清清楚楚,让我从他们身上看到了尊重和专业,良师益友是他们,需要指导时,他们严厉,需要帮助时,他们给资源。我的老师们,我很感谢老天让我在人生的这段路程遇见你们。

会选择在just Yoga上TTC课程是因为这里是我对瑜伽启蒙的地方,有我熟悉的 老师。整个课程可能有些人觉得时间长,因为一个星期才上一天的课,可是对于有 家庭和孩子的我来说很适合。有注意过其他学院都会需要在星期天上课,但是星期天 我需要在家陪孩子。

我在这个TTC课程获益良多。每个星期都会有既期待又害怕的心情去上课,期待着学 到新的知识,害怕的是体力会不支应付一整天的课。可是每一次上课结束是觉得非常 满足的。Jeff老师和Tane老师讲课非常生动,也很细心及耐心的回答我们所有的问题。 刚巧课程刚开始不久就因为疫情遇到MCO无法上课,很多学院把课程转成线上课,但 是Just Yoga还是选择等待MCO结束再让大家聚在一起上实体课。对于这点我是很满 意,因为对我来说自己在家上线上课是很无聊的,实体课互动会比较多,而且对于体 式教导我觉得也比较清楚。

在这个TTC课程除了带回满满的知识,最开心的就是认识了一班志同道合的同学兼朋 友。大家互相鼓励扶持去完成整个课程,完成我们的慈善瑜伽。

认识JEFF和TANE老师已经超过5年。他们也是我的启蒙 老师。2位老师都是同仁和悠然淡定的,每一堂瑜伽课都 很有质量。他们的教学没有任何花拳绣腿,都是战战兢兢 的,老老实实的,钢而带柔的教学,坚守着哈达瑜伽的初 终。他们对瑜伽动作非常的严格。每一步骤都不断的提醒 我们这班新老师,认真对待我们每一个人,详细的解说让 感受每一个动作。TANE老师仙气飘飘的样子骨子里钢气 十足。JEFF老师的细心会让你暴汗,激励你全身肌肉爆 棚。他们多年教学经验和谦卑的心是我学习的榜样。呈现 的是瑜伽不是用来表演的,而是一种生活方式。

课程知识全面,尤其anatomy的部分。瑜伽历史方面也很好的了解到。两位导师非常的有耐心,公正公平,乐于回答学生的问题。谢谢两位导师分享瑜伽教学的经验,获益良多。谢谢老师让我们进行慈善瑜伽,让我们累计教导经验,非常珍贵。

由于很大部分都由两位导师解释并诠释课程内容,虽然都讲解的仔细和全面,但是我觉得可以加入一些相关的影片内容,更能丰富课程。

因为疫情的关系导致我们隔着一面屏幕上课,所以我觉得老师在处理我们课程的方面也是 理得非常好了。解封过后老师也会跟我们复习。所以我对这个课程也没有什么很多的评语,只 觉得能上实体课我觉得会更加好。

我们这个课程里有两位指导老师。一位是Jeff老师,另一位是Tane老师。他们各 别都散发着不同的气息。

Jeff老师给我的感觉是这位老师非常的温柔。从第一天第一眼看到老师时就有一种 和蔼的感觉不会有让人难以靠近。Jeff老师主要是教导我们哲学和体式。在哲学方面老师 讲解的非常详细虽然有时候会觉得有点深可是反复的去理解就会明白了。老师也非常有经 验的分享很多他的经历,虽然有很多东西我还不理解可是我还是相信总有一天我能理解 的。在体式方面老师还是很有耐心的教导我们,我们不明白不理解的老师也会示范也会有 耐心的跟我们讲解。当然老师对我们体位法的要求也非常严格的。老师也很注重我们调整 学生的动作是否真确,是否有做到标准。

Tane老师给我的感觉是蛮特别的,因为每次上课听老师说话的声音很舒服。可是 有时候看到老师一个人静静坐着时会散发着很凶的气息。可是老师还是会跟我们打成一片 老师的笑容很有感染力,所以老师给我的感觉很特别。Tane老师主要教导我们人体和课编排。在人体方面真的好多东西需要去理解名称也好多可是在上课的时候老师也是非 常有耐心跟我们讲解我们身上的每个肌肉与骨头。在课程编排上就非常有难度,可是每次 我们示范编排好的课后老师都会很快的看出我们的缺点在哪里很快的找到我们需要改进的 地方在哪里。到了正式慈善瑜伽旳时候老师也是分享了很多他教学上的经验给我们,所以 我觉得真的受益不浅。还有很多临场反应都还需要向老师们学习!

我感觉老师们整体上都没有什么问题,因为能感觉得到两位老师都很用心地在教导 我们。非常感恩老师与我们分享的经验和经历。

TTC不只教授瑜伽练习和瑜伽教学所需要的专业知识和技能,它也让我们对瑜 伽有更深入的了解和认知,发掘更加美好的自己以及方式。TTC教学以传统瑜伽历史 哲理为根本,到现代科学理论的方式,带出其专业性和完整性。瑜伽的宗旨是身心灵 的连结,以达至最终目的-悟,超脱俗世间的种种。在学习的过程中,它让我知道了, 瑜伽并不是我所认知的体式,或是纯粹的一种运动,它是整个修身心灵的过程中的 个辅助。TTC着重于理论和实践。从瑜伽的形成与历史,瑜伽哲学,瑜伽分支等等 到现代科学的人体系统,解剖学;到个人的体位法,教学法,调整手法,让我们可以 从外到内认识自己的身体。通过瑜伽体式如何帮助达至身心灵的平衡。

课程中的慈善瑜伽活动很好的给与学员们实战教学的的机会。从活动策划、招 整个过程都是—个很好的自我充实和休验的机会。作为一位新人瑜伽老师。 慈善瑜伽确实的了解到教学瑜伽和练习瑜伽是完全的不同。如何运用我们学到的专业 知识,给予不问体型的人正确及适合的姿势,以及进行恰当的纠正。

两位TTC的导师(Jeff & Tane)都是瑜伽经验非常丰富的老师。建议在课 程中可以安排导师分享他们的教学经验和自身的保养。做为一个全职的瑜伽老 师,他们是如何在长时间的教课的同时而不会因过度练习而伤到身体。老师们 多年来沉浸在瑜伽世界中的心得和领悟对我们这些新生儿是很好的滋养,也是引领我们进入这个瑜伽世界很好的启发。

Jeff老师对瑜伽的知识渊博,但个人却是低调、谦卑的。他的教学扎实深入, 体位教学非常专业,动作的顺位、其体式的代替式、体位调整步骤及重点等都是那么 认真,不马虎。Jeff老师对每一个人都是关爱和支持的。他的耐心和友善及务实的态度, 引导着我们,让我们感觉舒服,没有压力,可以更专注的研习。

相对的Tane老师严谨的教学方式对于我来说又是另一种鞭策。让我不自觉的随 时审视自身的管理,包括行为,态度,心灵和心里层面。Tane老师在人体解剖与心理 学方面的专业性非常让人佩服。从外在的人体骨骼肌肉,到内在的循环系统,内分泌系统,消化系统,神经系统等等,都是那么的专业。因为MCO的关系,很可惜的我 们只能通过线上教学的方式,透过镜头来认识和理解人体的骨骼、肌肉,关节,韧带 等等„如里县在课堂里授课.相信我们会更加的崇拜Tane老师。“莫忘初心,方得始 终”是Tane老师的座右铭。她不时的提醒我们要怀抱着这样的理念,瑜伽之路才能走

Jeff和Tane老师一直引导我们学习瑜伽所带给我们的整个生命真正的含义,而不仅仅高能的动作瑜伽不是自虐的工具,不是表演杂技,而是如何使用我们的生命能量,将目光收回来。

课程里很丰富,不沉闷,而且很有趣。我还学会了怎么去成为一名瑜伽老师,如何有程序的编排课堂 教学,很喜欢整个课程里还拥有着实际课堂经验的练习。当课程完毕 后,还能让我们有机会以慈善瑜伽去体验实际课堂教学,接触不同的练习者,使我们更快的掌握课堂教学的技巧与经验. !

除了这些,课程里还教会了我如何去营销和商业知识,让我提升到一 个新的水平,拥有一个和平的心态。谢谢just Yoga提供了那么完整和系 统化的课程。

课堂上jeff 很细心指导和传授每一个体式和知识。在每一个体式中都会以进阶式慢慢的解说到很 详细,需要注意或加强的地方,让大家明白。

而Tane老师,在课堂上总是会把重点与难点区分的非常清楚, 我们能及时跟上老师的思维。有些很复杂的问题她都能用很通俗易懂 的语言讲清楚,也常用曰常生活中的简单例子来解释和说明,使我们 的课程简单易学也学地相当轻松,学习也得到了较大的提高。

老师们都很棒,为期几个月的课程感觉还学不够. 这个课程让我获益良多,从开始对瑜伽的一知半解到现在的理解,真的学了很多也对 瑜伽有了新的看法。感谢Jeff老师还有Tane老师的耐心指导。Tane老师详细与有趣 地讲解anatomy & human system的能力让我这个Bio生惭愧不已,以前用死背方 法记起来的东西早就还给大学老师了,感谢Tane老师让我从新理解这些知识,比以 前更明白整个human system 了。Jeff老师对于体式的进入与退出的严格要求,让我要忘记体式都很难了。老师们都很棒,为期几个月的课程感觉还学不够。

TTC course conducted by Just Yoga is truly an awesome experience in my life. The syllabus is systematic and comprehensive. Besides philosophy, history, anatomy and yoga asana, the best thing is the methodology of yoga teaching and also the sharing session of trainer's real-life teaching experience. The time scheduled for the course is great as it only involves once per week (Saturday) and allows working participants to attend this course. Other than that, it provides us a platform to apply what we had learn and give us an opportunity to teach and gain some real life teaching experience.

Jeff and Tane are very experienced TTC trainers. I admire the high EQ in them. Both of them are knowledgeable and very keen to share everything about yoga with us. Both of them are 5 stars trainer!

The TTC course is close to perfect. I strongly recommended to any yogi who wishes to become yoga teacher or keen to explore more about Hatha Yoga to sign up this YTTC course from Just Yoga.

Teacher training course with Just Yoga has made another milestone for my life journey. Through this course I had learned so much about yoga. I never thought yoga is so much profound and can be as a guide for life. The whole syllabus and methodology are very well programmed and scheduled. I am slowly being guided from the knowledge of yoga philosophy to actually how to conducting a class. All of these were proceeding in step by step. This is very important for me as I have zero knowledge on how to create a class.

I've learned human anatomy and systems too. Getting knowledges in these topics helped me better when out for teaching especially enhance each asana's benefits for our body and also to avoid risks of injury. Teachers gave lots of chance for me and my friends to speak out and practice together as a small group. This definitely helped me a lot too. It builds my confidence with getting feedbacks from teachers and friends let me improved day by day. In addition, during this TTC course, I had experienced yoga nidra' meditation and kriyas which I never tried before. This is really an amazing course which.

I would like to really give a round of applause and compliment for both of the TTC teachers, Tane and Jeff. Both of them are very experienced and knowledgeable about yoga but yet still very humble. Teacher Tane did a great job for conducting human anatomy topics which I'm totally stunned by her vast knowledge and deep know-how about human body and systems. She also shared lots of her teaching experiences and always reminds us not to forget our initial reason and passion for teaching yoga. What a beautiful person she is! On the other hand, Teacher Jeff as well did very well for conducting the ancient yoga philosophy and asanas. He explained everything in very simple and easy understanding ways which I could understood effortlessly. Besides, he is also strict on every steps of each asanas he taught. But due to it, I am now very particular about each step of the asanas as well which I think the fundamental of the asanas create the highest benefits and lowest risk of injury possible. Moreover, Teacher Jeff also shared a lot his experiences in teaching and different insight of teaching yoga. Both of the teachers conducted the course professionally yet giving me warm, kind and friendly environment throughout the course. Thank you so much!

From the point of TTC schedule aspect, it does really attract me a lot. Every Saturday from 8am til 5. 30pm match with ray working life and I am still able to rest or digest what teachers taught on Saturday. Besides, TTC syllabus which inlude various aspects of knowledge regarding yoga is considered very systematic and comprehensive.

Every challenge that trainers give us make us getting more stronger and more confidence after we overcome it each time. Teamwork and relationship among classmates are also getting stronger Teacher Tane always able to conduct boring theory class with interesting method. Starting a topic which she is going to teach that day via chat with us first something related with it. She is always has her own way to catch our attention and let us able to memorise the important note. She can teach the Teaching Methodology very details and always able to answer all of our questions very well based on her 10 more years teaching experience. Her valuable suggestions and comments makes us learn a lot of things and also clear our doubt just like a menthol in our life.

Jeff is a gentle trainer and the way he talk always make people feel comfortable. He is friendly and patient trainer. Besides, he is very circumspect to our teaching ways and technique. Thanks much for your effort on us.

虽然说just Yoga的课程比起其他瑜伽学院长了一些.但对于我来说,能把基础打好是一件很好的事情。我在Just Yoga已经上了四年的课.所以对这个学院有了一定的感情。最重要的是,这里的老师们都很友善和亲切。Jeff和Tane老师的教课方式,节奏.对瑜伽的理念, 处事态廑等都是我非芾喜欢的。再说,看过了不少瑜伽学院的环境,还是觉得Just Yoga的环境是最适合自己的。

还有,我觉得Just Yoga对于课程的排序相当的完善。Just Yoga的TTC课程让我们非常完整地 概括一切有关瑜伽的东西,让我们更深的了解瑜伽,从瑜伽的历史,到瑜伽的背景知识,瑜伽 和人体之间的奥妙,体式,还有十堂的实践课程。这一路来’经过老师的细心教导,觉得受 益不浅。

Jeff老师也带领学生如何成为一个合格的瑜伽老师,如何编排课程与每个体式的顺序,和如何用最正确的方 式把每一个体式做好。jeff老师在上课时比较严格,但是对大家都非常体贴。

Tane老师所教的是瑜伽的理论和我们人体的知识以及如何结合两者。所学到的主要内容是人体解剖的知识与生理学细包和它们的操作。让我了解到了瑜伽不仅仅是一项运动它还能 让我明白了许多瑜伽体式对人体好处。

两位老师都有自己的教学特色,希望自己可以向这两位老师看齐,做一个合格的瑜伽老师。选择Just Yoga ttc的课程,我从来都没有后悔.反而觉得自己很幸运,能够加入Just Yoga这个 温暖的家庭:这一路走来.我非常感谢Jeff和Tane老师无私的教导.让我这趟瑜伽旅程获益不浅。如果朋友想要拿TTC课程的话,我一定会推荐Just Yoga。如果可以的话.希望上TTC的理论课的时候有靠背椅子坐。因为-整天坐在地上上课有点職 背痛。哈哈。

每个星期一天的课程,时间总是过得那么快,8小时一下子就过去了,每个星期也 非常期待去上课。小班制的教学,也让老师能好好的专注在每一个学生,这真的是 一个非常可贵之处。 这TTC 课程教会了我如何自我练习,如何排课,tapas也改变了我一些不良习惯。Kriyas的部分也是非常感谢老师们的坚持与安排,让我有机会体验到瑜伽的智慧结晶。

总结来说,这ttc是个非常值得投资的一个课程,不管是不是想教学,的确是一把很好的钥匙。

Jeff老师是个看起来友善其实非常严厉的老师,被评估的时候都让我感到非常紧张。老师认真和无私的教学态度都是我们大家榜样,我们都该学会莫忘初心。体式教学方面,老师的体式示范与讲解都非常清楚,然后我们遇到问题老师都会不厌其烦的回答。上课那么久,也重来没看过老师迟到,证明是位严己严人有要求的老师。

Tane老师是个看起来非常严厉的老师但其实是一位非常友善的老师。她在charity yoga第一堂课的出现,让我感觉到安心,在自我呼吸的调适之后,面对来上课的同学才会没那么紧张。Tane老师的瑜伽课是我非常喜欢上瑜伽课之一,不管是排课的内容,她教学的口 令,上课时的charisma都是我非常喜欢的。我希望有一天我教课的时候,也能慢慢的找到自己的风格。

对于两位老师的教导,我心怀感恩,谢谢你们两位无私的分享和用心的付出,传授 我们传统(old school)派的瑜伽知识与经验。接下来的日子,我只能用好好的 练习,好好的温习,好好的内化这一年来学到的just yoga TTC的一切来回报你们和自己。

I am so grateful and thankful to be in this TTC Course. It really helps to expand my knowledge and helpful on my asana. Not only broaden my thinking also help on my personal skills. Learning Yama & Niyama really guide me be a rightful person. How to be content, discipline, grateful, etc. From inner to outer being as Yogis. A lot of realization and awakening learnt throughout the whole progress.

I feel so good to learn a lot from all the Trainers. Always being so patience and the willingness to share even out of the class. Would like to specially thank both my Master Jeff and Tane being so kind and patience. Your dedication towards student and yoga really touch me.

I would suggest that if there is more guidance and practice on how to adjust student will be great or a special class all about adjustment.

我對課程的設計與整體架構的評價很高。在這個過程中其實都有和其他瑜伽狂熱份子交流,有的人是到新加坡上課、有的是到國外進修一個月的課程、有的是吉隆坡等等。我很吾歡我們的課程内容設計,尤其是很多實作的練習:Tapas,Kriyas, yogic meals等等, 大部分聽到的都比較少有瑜伽體式以外的體驗。

對於兩位老師的指導方式與要求我都非常的認同。尤其我從台灣接觸了瑜伽課之後再回來馬來西亞,一開始到其他瑜伽館上課的時候非常的不習慣。不習慣上課前暄鬧的氛圍、不習慣老師上課時的用語非常的口語化等等的瑜伽館文化。因此當我發現Just Yoga之後感到 非常的慶幸,有一個適合練習瑜伽的地方,也很認同老師們的堅持才能維持這些好的文化。另外還有就是老師們對於體式的步驟也有堅持,這點是在我自己體驗教學後發現很重要的一環,它除了能確保正確與安全外,也很好的幫助初學者旳學習。 我希望給予一個小小的建議就是Just yoga可以在社交網路平台上能多活躍一些,或許不一定是為了做廣告或宣傳,更多的是可以做一些交流,透過交流也可以讓瑜伽館的一些文化和堅持傳遞出去。

This course deepens my personal practice and brings up to a whole new level. I also be exposed to a running environment, interact with new people and discover new perspective on life. It makes me more open- minded and accepting in nature. Besides, it allows me to have a sense of accomplishment after conducting of charity yoga. 希望Jeff老师在讲解时,声量可以再大点。因有时讲解太快,还来不及记录,音量稍小的话,就容易跟不上。喜欢老师分享关于瑜伽历史的小故事,分享教瑜伽时会面对到的一些学生状况. Tane 老师初步感觉较为严厉,感觉比较有距离感。时间长了后,距离就拉近了。喜欢老师详细的讲解习练瑜伽时,学员们身体会有什么感受。两位指导老师都很棒,教课时都很认真。从两位老师身上看到对瑜伽的坚持,是非常值得我们学习的榜样。

经过一段时间的相处,我觉得Jeff是个蛮内向的人,总是很专业很酷的尽全力完成本分。在课堂上的他,很愿意为大家解释和回答,尤其是我提出无厘头的问题。外加,他是个很细腻的人,懂得为人着想,考虑周到,是个很细心的老师。Tane 老师在 教课和知道方面,总是能给予很专业和具体的意见,一点就通。她很细心的也很体谅的对待我们,总是考虑到我们这样半工半读会不会很累。

伽导师训练课程,不如说是个旅程。短短几个月,让我学到太多甚至没想过存在的瑜伽教义。整个课程的排列方式非常系统化。从开始的瑜伽种类, 历史,到瑜伽八部,再来就是各种古人传下来,理解和照顾身体的方式。 同步进行各种体式的学习,输伽解剖学等等。

课程内容其实很丰富,不单介绍整个瑜珈的历史,体式。从中通过苦行和瑜珈饮食 让我们更全面体会瑜珈的生活方式,瑜珈不只是体式,它是可以融入在我们生活里的。除了理论的讲解,实际课堂,让我们掌握授课技巧和累积教学经验,让我们进步很多的同时也可以真整感受到瑜珈老师的工作。通过实际教课所收到的收入回馈给社会,可以通过瑜珈帮助到自己同时也帮助到他人。

老师们都很有经验和专业,他们都无私的将自己的知识和经验于学生分享并给予指导。 可以感受到老师们对瑜珈的热忱与坚持,希望老师们继续将瑜珈发扬光大,让更多人从中受惠。

目前市场上, 伽导师培训课程大部分为一到两个月速成而这里Just Yoga除了提供完整的课程, 让刚毕业的老师有机会实习。 对于课程的排序也相当的完善, 课程以体式学习为主导,加上身体系统的知识融入到体式讲解中,从建立根基开始,逐步觉知身体不同部位的肌肉, 骨骼的细微运动与连接所带来的变化,在实践中透析体式的标准。

课程内容相当完善,以逬阶式慢慢让学生明白误趕。体式方面可以更完善,例如:乌鸦式,鹰式常见体式可以加入课程。课程设计在半年理论课程,半年实习课程,让学生有充分时间去理解、 明白、与实践,参与活动筹办,把瑜伽的学习体会渐漸融入生活里。

两位老师都很用心准备教案,也很有耐心引导学生明白课堂内容。通过课堂分享,知道老师不断改进课程内容,教学模式,让课程内容和生活联系,感谢老师的用心。Jeff老师很细心指导体式,每个星期让学生复习学过的体式,也建议学生教学的步驟。Tane老师:教学方式生动,把瑜伽融入生活,容易让人明白。

程内容充实简单明了理论和实际相结合。早午两堂课两位不同老师授课巧妙分开不同的课程内容 另学生不会混淆。没有填鸭式的教程每个星期渐进的吸收,让我能有时间更深入的理解谋裎。

老师教学认真和负责任,态度和蔼和十分有耐心。

Learning yoga from Justyoga at Tmn Pelangi for months. I was recommended by my sister (Ms.Kee) to join yoga. She has learnt the lessons for years. I joined yoga on every thursday. My sister and I are coached by Tane. Tane is a good and patient instructor. She conducted the lesson bilingually. I found that learning yoga can really relax my mind. Especially my tummy which has grown smaller. It's a fun-filled and rewarding experience. I perspired a lot during the lessons. It makes me resilient after work. Besides, I could sleep well at night.

Once again, thanks yoga for letting me have peace of mind. In brief, I would say learning yoga is a useful and rewarding experience. Thanks Tane and Jeff. Tane is an experienced instructor, her teaching is clearcut and articulate, also easy to understand.

I love exercising. I used to go to a gym. When I moved to JB, I was looking for a gym. I went to a hotel gym, or condominiums where teacher came to exercise with small group. But I didn't satisfy. Finally, I met Just Yoga. My friend took me there.

There are Japanese members,and teachers speak Japanese a little.Teachers and other members are very friendly. I go to Just Yoga once a week. I keep my body in tone, and easy in my mind as well. Thank you Just Yoga!

私は、運動が大好きで、ずっとジムに通っていました。JB,に引っ越してきたときも、ホテルのジムに行ったり、コンドミニアムに先生が来てくれるグループに入ってみたりして、ジムを探していました。でも、なかなか満足できませんでした。友人がJust Yogaに誘ってくれて、ようやくいいところを見つけることができました。

Just Yogaには、日本人のメンバーもいて、先生たちも 少し日本語を話してくれます。それに、皆さんとてもフレンドリーです。私は、週に1回通って、体も心も快調です。Just Yogaを見つけられてよかったですよ。

I think that everyone can easily pick up the yoga skill. It has been about 2 years since I started learning yoga. Before I started learning yoga, my body condition is always restless and I have various muscle aches on different body parts. However, after doing all the yoga exercise, my muscle aches have become better. I realized that through yoga exercise my body condition will continue to improve.
